Kpktoto Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the kpktoto platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the rules set out herein.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and kpktoto ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kpktoto platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all provisions set out in this document.
Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately and close your account through our customer support channels.
This platform is available to users aged 18 and above only. kpktoto reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time and to suspend any account found to be in breach of this minimum age requirement.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access the full range of kpktoto services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, a valid email address, mobile number, and date of birth. kpktoto reserves the right to decline registration or close an account if any information provided is found to be false or misleading.
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and any existing balances being forfeited.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details secure. kpktoto recommends using a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.
All activity that occurs on your account is your sole responsibility, whether carried out by you or any other party who gains access to it. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a kpktoto user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in Malaysia. Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited.
You are not permitted to attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the functionality of the platform, servers, or networks associated with kpktoto. Any attempt to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities must be reported to us and must not be used for personal gain.
Users are also prohibited from using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner. kpktoto reserves the right to pursue legal action against any user who violates this provision.

MYR Payment and Transaction Information
Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on the kpktoto platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via approved online banking methods and available local e-wallets. kpktoto does not accept any form of cash payment or transactions made outside of the platform's official channels.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policy, which may change from time to time. Users are encouraged to check the latest limits in their account before making any transactions.
Transaction Accuracy and Verification
Kpktoto is not liable for any delays, failures, or errors in payment processing caused by third parties such as banking institutions or e-wallet providers. In such cases, users are advised to contact their bank or the relevant provider directly.
Any transaction suspected of fraud or illegal activity will be automatically blocked and reported to the relevant authorities. kpktoto reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the identity verification process has been fully completed in accordance with established procedures.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
Kpktoto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including losses resulting from betting outcomes, system disruptions, or data loss. kpktoto's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kpktoto platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of kpktoto or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of these elements without explicit written consent from kpktoto. Any infringement of these intellectual property rights will be subject to legal action.

The kpktoto platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. kpktoto has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of such links or services.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Kpktoto reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, a court order or directive from the authorities, or at the platform's absolute discretion. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support team. All valid balances will be returned within the stipulated timeframe, subject to identity verification and no outstanding pending transactions.
Changes to These Terms
Kpktoto reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
